This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I've reviewed more than 10 shawarma places in Saskatoon, and I think Reem Star is my new favorite. The shawarmas here are THICC, the size of my forearm and LONG. The sauces are perfect, I don't even know how to describe them. I highly recommend eating here.
I ordered the beef donair and it was fantastic! The beef was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavour. It was loaded with fresh toppings and the sweet sauce added the perfect finishing touch without being too heavy. The portion was generous and everything was neatly wrapped, making it easy to enjoy. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Overall, a great experience I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving another beef donair! :)
10/10 Highly Recommended Top notch food! Delicious and priced well! We ordered two wraps (one chicken and one beef), and immediately I knew they’d be great! We also got a small fries, which seemed bigger than most other places small. It reminds me of home! The food is clearly made with middle eastern tastes in mind. It hit all the right notes and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating! We asked them for a couple of alterations, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Overall, it is worth a visit!
I ordered a large Chicken Arabic Shawarma and a Meat Trio Shawarma. Both were incredibly delicious and brought back the authentic taste of shawarma I remember from Saudi Arabia. The portion sizes were generous I even had to save some for the next day. The flavors were spot on and truly the best shawarma I have found in Saskatchewan so far. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a true Middle Eastern shawarma experience
Shawarma chicken wraps - tastes amazing, so much flavour and wrap is the perfect crispiness. They have a pomegranate sauce I have not witnessed before. Regular size wrap is featured in front, large is in back, very filling and reasonably priced!
We ordered from here for the first time tonight. We had heard they do some dishes a little differently, so we were excited to try. I had the falafel rice bowl, my husband had the Alshami Arabic chicken plate. Huge portions, great seasoning. I wish I would have got a side of garlic sauce for my falafel, that would have been perfect.
